The Connie Dungs were a prolific pop punk band from the hills of eastern KY. Ashland to be specific. Right smack dab where KY, WV and OH meet. When the band formed in 1994, they were the only punk band in Ashland. The bank was originally started by Wayne, John and Chris as a Ramones cover band but with the addition of Brandon, the band took on a whole new direction and shape. Over the next 6 years the band would have several different guitarists and eventually go defunct.

Fast forward to 2011. The original line up of Brandon, Wayne, Chris and John are back and playing some shows here and there. They are currently writing for a possible new record in 2012.
